I met Vanessa a little over two years ago completely by accident. I had reached out online with an agent to look at a house in Lexington. Something went wrong as I was waiting in front of the house and the agent didn’t show up. Sooo, back to the internet where I happened upon Vanessa’s information. On a whim gave her a call and she dropped what she was doing and showed up 20 minutes later. She helped us purchase a different house and she actually just helped sell that house within two days for several thousand over asking. You will not regret doing business with this amazing lady!

We interviewed 4 realtors to sell our property. After our interview with Vanessa and her team, we knew they were the ones to go with. We were never disappointed in her or her team. What started out with multiple offers , losing the best offer, having to re-list, again multiple offers we settled on a buyer. After some crazy legal issues, then the day before closing a major leak that required a huge repair, delayed closing, finally closing arrived.
